Karel Ourednik IV, an attorney in Jacksonville and President of Ourednik Law Offices, P.A., will be presenting a CLE on the fundamentals of trust administration for the National Business Institute. The CLE will take place on Monday, May 21, 2012 from 8:30 am-4:40 pm at the Jacksonville Marriott located at 4670 Salisbury Rd, Jacksonville, Florida 32256.
Mr. Ourednik’s practice areas include estate planning, asset protection, business law, limited liability company law, partnerships, corporations, not for profits, tax law, probate and guardianships. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state trial courts, Federal Tax Court and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Ourednik was a full time doctrinal assistant professor of law at Florida Coastal School of Law from 2008 to 2009, where he taught first year property law and federal income taxation. He is an adjunct professor of law in federal income taxation at Florida Coastal School of Law (2006 to present) and an instructor at AAA Construction School, where he lectures on business, estate planning and asset protection issues for Florida contractors and business owners (2006 to present). Mr. Ourednik has published several articles on his areas of practice. He earned his B.S. degree in biology from Brock University. Mr. Ourednik earned his J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University, his Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of Florida and his M.S. degree in industrial technology from the State University of New York. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Northeast Florida Estate Planning Council, Inn of Court and the Ohio State Bar Association.
